Your chef - or rather, gastro mechanic - will be serving up mouth watering dishes that have been prepared by blowtorch. Not only will you enjoy a delicious meal but you’ll get to see the night sky lit up by flames! The unique experience will serve 8 courses from the “Mechanics Menu,” featuring the Gastro Garage’s signature Gastro Tanks and Drill Bits. The one-of-a-kind pop-up now has a much more intimate feel, serving individual tables with designated private blow-torch mechanics for each party.
