At SPG, food is at the heart of what we do. From upscale dining to food trucks, we believe that exploring local cuisine is a key way to connect with our community. So, when we heard about this exciting seafood truck, we knew we had to give it a try.
From oysters to ceviche and beyond, this Mexican Seafood truck has become a neighborhood favorite since opening last year.
Our order included Salmon Ceviche, Kampachi Ceviche, Lobster Tacos, Surf & Turf Tacos, Tostada Special, Baja Fish Tacos, Baja Shrimp Tacos, Aguachile Negro, and Kumamoto Oysters. Check out our video below:
