The Agency’s Spanish Colonial-style estate in Los Feliz, 2600 N. Vermont Avenue, was selected as the LA Times’ Home of the Week for its 1920s details including one “that’ll leave people in good spirits”. The Paul Williams designed mansion is an entertainer’s dream, boasting a Prohibition-era speakeasy with taps and barrels in place, plus a grand ballroom, 14 bedrooms, and parking for up to 30 cars. The 10,039-square-foot home features soaring high ceilings and original moldings, tile and stonework that “retain the vintage vibe,” the LA Times notes. Situated on one acre in Los Feliz, the home captures sweeping views of the Griffith Observatory and Downtown L.A. Represented by The Agency’s David Solomon and Anna Solomon, 2600 N. Vermont Avenue hasn’t been traded since the 50’s and has only been owned by less than a handful of people. View more details about the home’s noteworthy history here. Read the full LA Times article.
