Los Angeles Westside native with over a billion dollars sold in residential real estate, David Solomon consistently ranks in the Wall Street Journal's annual list of top 250 agents in the United States. In 2019, his sales topped $170,000,000 ranking him one of the top producing agents at his firm, Douglas Elliman. Having recently joined Douglas Elliman, coming from a position as partner at The Agency, David at the time had set out to join an industry-disrupting brokerage that would redefine the business of real estate. Prior to The Agency's inception in 2011, David had spent nearly a decade at Prudential California Realty, which later became Berkshire Hathaway, and was often ranked in the top 10 in the entire company.
As an early adopter of technology, web, video, social media, and a keen eye for real estate marketing, David exponentially grew his business year-over-year, even when the market was seemingly collapsing in the 2008 downturn. He prides his business in being able to deliver world-class marketing with aggressive, but delicate sales and negotiation skills, white-glove service, and handling every transaction and client with the utmost discretion. A natural born sales person with a true passion for people, his clients often become friends for life. Having grown up in the business and now spending nearly 15 years in it himself, David has seen the ups and downs of different markets. Beyond just selling real estate for clients, he has bought, designed, built, and sold numerous properties, and continues to own and rent out a handful of prime coastal properties. David's biggest passions aside from family, include surfing, traveling, photography, art, design, and architecture. When not working, he can often be found spending time with his family, and his favorite activity is snowboarding with his seven-year-old son Greyson when time permits.

Along with her partner-son, David, she consistently ranks in the Wall Street Journal's annual list of top 250 agents in the United States and in 2019 their sales topped $170M.
Anna grew up in the real estate field and has been selling L.A. real estate since 1982. Before joining Douglas Elliman, she was an early partner at The Agency, an industry-disrupting brokerage that would redefine the business of real estate. Prior to The Agency’s inception in 2011, she worked at Meryll Lynch, John Aaroe, and Prudential which later became Berkshire Hathaway. Having teamed up with David in 2006, she was able to leverage his understanding for changes taking place in the business which allowed them to be early adopters of technology, web, video, social media and have a “new school” approach to modern day marketing. Since the partnership, Anna & David have been exponentially growing their business year-over-year, even when the market was seemingly collapsing in the 2008 downturn. Proven expert buying and selling strategies, negotiations expertise, professionalism and integrity are their hallmarks.
Anna is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley and received her Master's degree from the University of San Francisco. Having lived abroad, she is knowledgeable of different cultures and is sensitive to their needs during a transaction. When not helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties, Anna can often be found playing league tennis, learning golf and traveling. She is also active in a number of charitable groups.
Born and raised in sunny Durban, South Africa and a second-generation real estate agent, Shauna hit the ground running with top-producing Solomon Property Group at The Agency prior to their recent move to Douglas Elliman. After earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from South Africa’s University of Natal, Shauna pursued a full-time career in modeling and spent her free time traveling the world with her husband Travis, a top professional surfer on the World Tour. After multiple laps around the globe, Shauna is proud to bring her lifelong passion for architecture and design to a career in residential real estate. Empathetic, attentive and compassionate, Shauna’s sharp attention to detail and unwavering professionalism have quickly proved a great asset to her clients, both nationally and internationally.
In her spare time, Shauna enjoys acting, traveling, dining out, pilates, yoga, dancing, relaxing on the beach with her husband and catching up with family in South Africa and London. She supports Ithemba Labasha Community Centre and Surfers Not Street Children.
